This is my short essay about 'deliberative democracy' which was published in the evening and Nagoya regional edition of Asahi Shimbun (朝日新聞). Asahi Newspaper is one of the most infruential newspapers in Japan, though perhaps Chunichi Newspaper （中日新聞）would be more influential in Tokai area including Nagoya.
